02: THE FINAL COACH HOME - November 2022
"The Bright House" is a Chicago Coach Home designed for a young, upcoming influencer living a minimalist lifestyle in the heart of Chicago. Based off of a bay window geometry, the home features impactful light influenced by the La Loica and La Tagua Cabins which display light in a similar way.The home is made up of wooden framing and siding similarily to the La Loica and La Tagua Cabins which are made up entirely of wood. The home features utility spaces and storage as well as light in the master bedroom and living room, with the darker spaces being the bath and kitchen.

My first pass at the Chicago Coach home was a combination of both my collage model and collage inspired by the warmth and welcomness of Bridgeport and its light. Most importantly, how that can be used in a modern and effective way by a young influencer living a minimalist lifestyle.
